1st early, 2nd early, and Maincrop seed potatoes
1st early seed potatoes are quick to grow, and great if you want to eat them straight from the garden – varieties include Rocket, Winston, Sharpes Express and Epicure
2nd early seed potatoes take a little longer to grow but can be eaten straight from the garden or stored for later – varieties include Maris Peer, Charlotte and Estima
Maincrop seed potatoes take even longer to grow but are ideal for storing through winter but can still be eaten right away – varieties include Maris Piper, King Edward and Rooster
